1 General Terms and Applicability

bdt98 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. This agreement applies to all services and features of the bdt98 platform.

These terms are available in English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version will take precedence. This agreement must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the bdt98 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Online gaming in Bangladesh is for adults only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to create an account or use the platform.
• You must participate voluntarily and for your own entertainment.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

3 Account Registration

Follow the guidelines below to create a complete and valid account:

• Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your real name, mobile number and other details at the time of registration.
• Your account must not be used by any third party. The account is strictly personal.
• bdt98 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification (KYC).

4 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. Use a strong password.
• If you notice any unauthorised activity or suspicious incident on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for any activity that takes place under your account.
• bdt98 will never ask for your password by email, SMS or phone.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when depositing funds at bdt98:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Funds may only be deposited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional documents may be requested for large withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements linked to that bonus have not been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus and promotional offers available at bdt98 are subject to the following general terms:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x) — meaning you must wager 15 times the total of your deposit and bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• There may be a set time limit for claiming a bonus — please check the specific terms of each offer.
• Another bonus cannot be activated before the wagering requirements of an existing bonus have been met.
• bdt98 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If multiple accounts are created with the intention of exploiting the bonus system, all such accounts will be closed and the bonuses will be cancelled.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The bdt98 VIP program has four tiers. Based on regular play, you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback: up to 0.4% at Bronze tier, up to 0.8% at Silver tier, up to 1.1% at Gold tier, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Platinum tier.

7 Gaming Policy

The following policies apply when playing games on the bdt98 platform:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error or software issue, that round may be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Playing the same game simultaneously from multiple devices or browsers is prohibited.
• Using external software or bots to play games automatically is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting, placing bets using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt98 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing third-party accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach platform security through hacking, viruses or other technical means.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting the promotional system improperly.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
• Conducting transactions involving any illegal goods or services through the platform.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, bdt98 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Failure to verify age or detection of an underage user.
• Suspicious financial activity or security risk.
• The user requests self-exclusion.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, the account will be closed after any valid balance has been withdrawn.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdt98 believes in responsible gaming. We want every user to enjoy games in a safe and healthy environment.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Natural disasters, war, epidemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure).
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or violation of these terms and conditions.
• Any losses arising through third-party websites or services.

13 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute or complaint arises, resolution will be attempted through the following process:

• Second step: File a formal complaint. We will respond in writing within 7 business days.
• Final step: If no resolution is reached through mutual discussion, the applicable legal process will be followed.

The technical records of the game will be considered as final evidence. Whatever is recorded in the game log will be deemed valid.

14 Changes to Terms

bdt98 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Users will be given advance notice of significant changes.
• The updated terms will take effect from the date of the change.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If a user does not agree with the new terms, they may request account closure.
